How does it work?

Step 1: Find and book a Helper

Need a helping hand with your horse? Simply enter the postcode of your horse’s location, choose the dates you need support and start your search. You’ll see a list of trusted local Helpers available in your area.

 

Each Helper has a full profile outlining their experience, qualifications, availability, services and rates. All Helpers provide proof of address, confirm they have no criminal record and be at least 18 years old before joining our platform. Every request submitted is reviewed and approved by the Horsey Helper team.

If someone seems like the right match, you can send them a booking request for one or two visits per day.

 

If you have questions first, send the Helper a message before booking. Once you submit your request, the Helper can review the details, get in touch if they need more information and confirm the booking when they’re happy to take it on.

Step 2: Meet your Helper

After your Helper confirms the booking, you’ll arrange an in-person meet-up before the service begins.

 

This visit allows you both to get to know each other, for your Helper to meet your horse, learn their routine, understand where everything is kept along with any yard rules or access details. It’s the perfect way to ensure everyone feels comfortable and confident.

Step 3: Relax with peace of mind

Once everything’s set, your Helper will take care of your horse as agreed and keep you updated with regular check-ins. Enjoy peace of mind knowing your horse is in capable, caring hands.
